Leapster Fun!

My good friend, Joe, had a Leapster system that his son had finished using and was looking for someone who might want to use it. Picture me sticking my hand in the air and waving. This weekend, we met up and Alexander is now the lucky owner of a Leapster system. I was worried it may be a bit early for "gaming" but once I saw that grin, I knew there was no separating a boy from his game.

His favorite game is Letter Factory. Auntie Liz bought the Letter Factory DVD for us a year or so ago and it is one of his favorites to watch. We even have the Word Factory and Math Factory DVD's. We HIGHLY recommend these DVD's for all ages. They played a huge role in Alexander's expanding vocabulary and they aren't irritating for parents to watch over and over again.

I think this Leapster is going to be the perfect thing for our airplane ride on Sunday!
