Big Papa and Umma leave our wonderful hometown every winter. They park themselves in Arizona from November to April, which makes for a long six months for everyone.
In order to celebrate winter birthdays (Alexander, Daddy, and Umma), we gathered a few weekends ago.

Alexander was the most excited to celebrate his 4 3/4 birthday! 
He often tells us he isn't very good at planning a party but is REALLY good at celebrating!
Daddy got in on the excitment, too.
